Fusion HIIT

High intensity interval training in a ‘circuit’ format where the different activities offered in The Loft are combined in the same class, in addition to other techniques such as Animal Flow or Power Yoga.

The objectives are very similar to those sought in Functional Training and HIIT Boxing, but with a different structure. It is a fun, intense and effective way to try and learn about the different activities offered at The Loft.
