In these sessions we combine free weight exercises with calisthenic exercises (body weight) looking to improve strength levels, endurance and increase our metabolism. The classes have a big percentage of strength work, with a short and intense metabolic conditioning (increase of heart rate) part at the end of the sesión.
Strength training has countless benefits for our organism, not just for men, but for women also. You could consider strength training as anti aging, as it helps stimulate the production of hormones that keep the body more active, as well as helps to mitigate the loss of bone density (osteoporosis).
