The course will be taught in English by Pilar Zúñiga, co-founder and director of The Loft Ibiza. With over 20 years of experience in Pilates and fitness, she has been training Pilates and Barre instructors across Portugal, Spain, and Kuwait since 2013. Her expertise and passion guarantee you a world-class learning experience.

A workshop designed to improve hip, knee, and ankle strength and stability in both supine and standing positions using the Jumpboard on the Reformer. It focuses on promoting proper biomechanics through neutral hip alignment and increased resistance for full-body strengthening.
