Pilar Zuñiga
Pilar Zúñiga, CEO & Co-founder of The Loft Ibiza, holds a Master’s degree in Exercise & Health, is a certified physical education teacher, professional dancer, and a certified Pilates and fitness instructor trainer with Merrithew.
Daniel Monzó
Dani has a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sports and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Barcelona. He is also a certified Pilates Instructor through Peak Pilates, over 20 years of experience.
Katherine Eastman
Katherine is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor with expertise in strength training and yoga. She specializes in tailoring workouts to individual needs, focusing on posture, biomechanics, and efficient movement.
Naiche Berlingueri
Naiche is a Peak Pilates certified instructor who trained at The Loft Ibiza, where she embraced the contemporary method and combined it with a fresh functional style. Her teaching is known for being dynamic.

Pilar Zuñiga

Pilar Zuñiga is a dedicated and passionate fitness professional, constantly expanding her expertise to stay at the forefront of the industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Physical Exercise and Health from the prestigious Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal, and a diploma in Physical Education from the University of Extremadura.
As a Merrithew Instructor Trainer, Pilar  teachs STOTT PILATES ,Total Barre and Functional Anatomy trainings internationally, sharing her knowledge and passion with students worldwide.
A former professional ballet dancer with a background in both classical and contemporary dance, Pilar’s love for movement and sports has been a constant throughout her life. Her dedication to innovation drives her to explore new ways of enhancing physical performance. Is the creator of “Set Me Free (SMF)” workout. A music driven session that works the body and expands the mind.
Pilar is also the CEO and co-founder of The Loft Ibiza, where she combines her expertise to create a unique fitness experience. Most recently, she furthered her knowledge by completing advanced training in Sports Nutrition at the ICNS Institute (Institute of Nutrition and Health Sciences), reinforcing her holistic approach to health and wellness.

Daniel Monzó Cassin

Dani holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sports and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Barcelona. He is also a certified Pilates Instructor through Peak Pilates.
With over 20 years of experience, Dani is an expert in sports physiotherapy. He has worked as a personal trainer at major fitness chains like Holmes Place Club and as a physical therapist for various football clubs, both at amateur and professional levels.
His most recent training focused on mobility, where he specialized in Functional Range Systems, becoming a certified Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist and a Kinstretch instructor.
Dani is also the CEO and co-founder of The Loft Ibiza, where he integrates his expertise to create a unique and science-backed fitness experience tailored to each individual.
Dani’s passion lies in using movement to enhance and restore the quality of life of his students, empowering them to move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

Katherine Eastman

Katherine is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor with extensive experience in strength training and yoga.

She specialises in creating dynamic, challenging classes focused on improving posture, biomechanics, and efficient movement, helping her clients reach their full physical potential.

With certifications from Yoga Alliance and Síclo, alongside training in nutrition and wellness coaching, Katherine takes a holistic approach to fitness. Her sessions blend Pilates, strength training, flexibility, and mindfulness—striking the perfect balance between body and mind. Her teaching style inspires clients to move with confidence and achieve their goals in a sustainable way.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Katherine brings a global perspective to her teaching, allowing her to connect with and motivate clients from all walks of life. Naiche is a Peak Pilates-certified instructor who completed her training at The Loft Ibiza, seamlessly blending contemporary technique with a modern, functional approach.

Her teaching style is dynamic and challenging, always tailored to each student’s level, ensuring safe, effective progress throughout their practice.

Passionate about guiding her students on their journey, Naiche motivates them to grow with confidence and security. Her personalised approach and ability to create a supportive, uplifting environment make every session a rich and transformative experience.

In addition to her Pilates training, Naiche is also a qualified Dietitian, giving her a holistic perspective on wellbeing. She integrates her knowledge of movement with sound nutritional principles, offering a well-rounded approach that nurtures both body and mind.

María Colomar

María is deeply committed to holistic wellbeing through Pilates, fitness, and nutrition.
Her true passion lies in Pilates—a discipline she not only practices with dedication but also teaches with a technical, dynamic, and highly personalised approach.

Trained at The Loft Ibiza, María has refined her technique and broadened her perspective on contemporary Pilates. This experience has been key in shaping her unique style, which blends tradition, innovation, and a deep understanding of human anatomy and movement.

She is a certified instructor with Peak Pilates, a globally respected school known for its rigorous and high-quality training.

María also holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, providing her with a strong scientific foundation in health and how the body works.

Complementing her academic background, she is also a qualified nutritionist, with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Universidad Europea.

María’s classes are technical, dynamic, and carefully tailored to each individual’s needs. Drawing from various Pilates schools, she designs unique sessions that promote body awareness, strength, flexibility, and balance.
