Created by The Loft, it is a mix of the best of different disciplines. Floor Pilates, core training, strength, flexibility, balance and postural correction are the bases of this activity. In it we use all the classic equipment of the Pilates method such as foam rollers, soft balls, elastic bands, fitballs and fitness circle, plus we added suspension work equipment such as the aerial yoga swing and the olympic rings. In each session you will work the entire body-mind challenging it in all the planes of movement. Your body gets stronger and elongates at the same time, in addition to correcting muscular imbalances and negative postural patterns. All sessions conclude with a relaxation-meditation inside the aerial yoga swings that will leave you with a calm mind in a relaxed and strong body.
